About the

Research Journal of Islamic Knowledge and Thought

This journal attempts to use an interdisciplinary approach and in the form of two main directions; first, to explain the priority issues raised in the fields of Islamic Studies and Thought (belief, morality, history, and politics) and second, to respond to the issues and doubts raised in this field. It is clear that a detailed explanation of these issues will have a significant impact on reducing the impact of epistemological doubts and providing a scientific response to problems. It should be noted that, along with the developments in the field of communication and information technologies and the emergence of generations that fundamentally have specific cognitive complexities, explaining such issues is only possible with a multidimensional and multifaceted approach that is achieved through polished arguments in multidisciplinary research. The youth of the current generation and, of course, future generations can no longer be convinced by focusing only on one dimension of cognitive dimensions. On this basis, this journal welcomes articles that can achieve these goals with an interdisciplinary approach to produce indigenous knowledge in the areas discussed under fundamental topics such as the Quran, Hadith and authentic Islamic sources, theoretical foundations of Islam, Islamic ethics and education, Islamic history, culture and civilization, Islamic revolution and political thought in Islam. It should be noted that this journal, which is published quarterly, has been among the scientific journals approved by the University of Tehran since its first issue and will enter the process of receiving a scientific degree from the Specialized Commission for Publications of the Ministry of Science after publishing two issues. It is worth noting that the degree obtained will also include all the initial issues.
